Audience Members
Please note that once you have purchased tickets online or at the door, no refunds or exchanges will be given. In the event that a show must be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, we reserve the right to give refunds/exchanges at our discretion.
Tipping is not encouraged at Arabesque Nights and we ask our patrons not to tip the dancers. We also ask our patrons to treat the dancers with respect and if you are viewed as being disrespectful towards our performers you will be asked to leave.
Our nominated photographer and videographer will be taking photos and footage of the dancers and the audience at all our events. By agreeing to attend one of our events you are agreeing that we can use the photos of you taken by our resident photographer on the website, facebook and web in general and on other promotional material. We assume no responsibility for photos or footage that may be taken by other members of the audience.
By attending Arabesque Nights you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Performers
We reserve the right to admit or cancel performers at our discretion.
Our nominated photographer will be taking photos of you dancing on the night. By agreeing to dance at one of our events you are agreeing that we can use the photos of you taken by our nominated photographer on the website and on other promotional material. We will always endeavour to use the most flattering photos of you. We assume no responsibility for photos that may be taken by members of the audience.
Our nominated videographer will be filming the event. By agreeing to dance at one of our events you are agreeing that we can use the footage of you taken on the website, facebook and web in general and on other promotional material. We assume no responsibility for footage taken by any audience members.
While all efforts are made to ensure the Health and Safety of our dancers you are expected to have your own insurance and we or the venue will not be held accountable for any accidents incurred.
