Alyah
Her second time performing at Arabesque nights - Alyah is based in Oxford and has been dancing since the age of three with a variety of different dance styles and has completed the JWAAD foundation course
She has performed nationally and internationally. Recently in Spain, China and Morocco
We are happy to be welcoming her back to perform for the second time at Arabesque Nights.

Olga Lesina aka Firuza started learning folk dances in school in Uzbekistan- and started Oriental dances in 2004. She organised Habibi studio together with two other girls which was the first belly dance group in Lithuania.
Olga then passed master classes at a different school: Karine (Riga), Pille-Rossi (Estonia), Maral (Egypt), Ilona (Kaunas),Shamira (Vilnius), Chinhanhir (Germany-Turkey), Alija (Moscow),Natalya Fadda (Moscow) , Oksana Yerina (Moscow).
Olga has taken part in oriental festivals in Lithuania, Latvia (Karavan), Moscow ( Orient mosaic', Orient tailors', Differents' (spain-arabian festivals), Maximum dance' competition, Orient' competition, Oriental Championship of Moscow region competition. She has 11 medals for last 2 years in Moscow in different dance competitions and lot of diplomas of participation.
Olga is an actress on stage, her dance audience await a small spectacle.

Jennie
Jennie fell in love with Egyptian dance as a teenager when, at the tender age of 15, she was inspired by a dancer in a music video to take her first class.
After several years break from the belly dance scene, Jennie reignited her passion for all things oriental 5 years ago and hasnt looked back.
She is known for her fluid and elegant style and for singing along to her music even when she doesnt know all the words!
Jennie is a member of The Egyptianize dance company, under the artistic direction of Krystina Gould.
Krystina
Krystina (Chris Gould) has been performing and teaching for over ten years in South West London.
Her style is mainly Egyptian and is often described as graceful, fluid and "cheeky".
Having been a member of the Masriat Dance Company, she is now the artistic director of her own troupe "The Egyptianize".
Krystina is a fully qualified JWAAD teacher and is also a tutor on the training course.

Mahira Troupe
Mahira is a semi-professional dance company run by artistic director - Melissa Pina who is also director of Melissa belly dance School and the Babybliss Girls.
Mahira is a mini belly dance family !
They study bellydance and bellydance fusions.
They rehearse weekly and work towards self development, group performances and perform at the Babybliss Girls and Melissa Belly Dance Events.
Nadia
Nadia started learning to belly dance in 2004 with Krystina (Chris Gould) and fell in love with the movements, flow and music.
Her style is mainly Egyptian and she is a member of dance troupe The Egyptianize.
Nadia is also a professional dancer with the cultural group Beats of Polynesia.
Raazia Ishrat Khan
Raazia started dancing from a young age as a child who grew up on bollywood films, her mother used to get her to learn the routines and she was fascinated by the dance.
She started learning arabic dance through classes about ten years ago in preparation for a family wedding and over the years has continued dancing with family and friends.
She has trained in many forms of dance, including salsa, samba, forro, flamenco, bollywood, persian, and morrocan and both modern and classical egyptian style.
